Preview terms & limitations
Updated October 2026. These are interim product-use notices, not a completed commercial customer agreement, legal warranty or confirmation of UAE business licensing. Formal agreements must be reviewed and published before paid use and processing of real customer data.
Purpose of the preview
Hana is in early development and offered publicly for informational product evaluation. Features, designs, specifications and availability can change. Screen illustrations are product concepts, not statements of actual customer activity, revenues or implemented integrations.
No operational commitment
The public preview cannot place an order, make outbound calls, dispatch goods, accept payments, book procurement transactions or confirm live stock, customer pricing or delivery. The private operator area requires authorization and remains a restricted prototype. Do not rely on unverified reference information for commercial decisions.
Access and data safeguards
Never share operator access credentials or upload third-party customer records without documented rights, appropriate consent, retention safeguards and organization authorization. Attempts to bypass security controls or misuse the service are not permitted. Real calling, messaging and third-party integrations must be separately approved.
Registration, pricing and commercial availability
Early access is currently a public product preview with a self-guided eligibility checklist. There are no paid subscriptions, confirmed invitations, or public application submissions. A formal operator identity, legal terms, support contact and business licensing details will be added prior to commercial availability.
Review before commercial launch
A qualified advisor should review final customer terms, privacy notices, UAE licensing, relevant telecom requirements, and handling of hospitality customer and employee information before the platform accepts paying customers or operational business data.
